    Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of receiving the product.
    The product must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, with the bag’s handle protector intact and in its original packaging.
    The following products are not eligible for refunds or exchanges:
    Customized or personalized products
    Discounted products (unless the product is defective)
    Gift cards, e-cards
  2. How to request a refund
    Request online: Log in to your account, go to the “Order History” page, select the product you want to return, and click “Request a Refund”.
    Contact Customer Support: If you are unable to request a refund online, you can request a refund by email (support@website.com) or by calling our customer service hotline (1-234-567-8910).
  3. Refund Processing
    Once we receive your refund request and confirm that you meet the refund conditions, we will process your refund request within 5 business days.
    The refund will be refunded through your original payment method (credit card, PayPal, etc.).
    Please note that it may take 3-5 business days to process the refund, depending on your payment method and the processing speed of your bank.
  4. Return Shipping
    If the product has quality problems or is shipped incorrectly, we will cover the return shipping costs.
    For other returns (such as non-quality issues), the return shipping costs are borne by the customer.
  5. Refund Amount
    The refund amount will be the original price of the product minus any discounts, discounts and shipping costs (if applicable).
